With well designed, properly installed BMPs, maintenance is not required nearly as often as you might expect—and when it is, it consists primarily of removing sediment deposits when they accumulate, minor adjustments and other mundane chores, which require no special skill. Maintenance like this is most cost-effectively handled by your own on-site labor. While we're always availabe to do it for you, there is little advantage to our doing them—and if you do them with existing site labor you will save money.

Repairs on the other hand, are best done by our team. They typically consist of replacing BMPs, or parts of BMPs that have been damaged or destroyed by careless subcontractors or others, or catastrophic weather events. When repairs or replacements are needed we'll do the work at the same rates at which the original installation was delivered, or a minimum trip charge of $75, whichever is greater.

In the unlikely event that repairs are ever needed as a result of failure due to poor materials or workmanship on our part, we'll make the appropriate repairs or replacement at no charge.
